UK Mainland Shipping
We offer fast and reliable delivery across mainland UK.
- For most orders, we aim to confirm and dispatch within 3 business days of order confirmation.
- We aim to deliver larger or specialist items within 3–10 working days from order dispatch, depending on stock availability and product type.
- We prefer simplicity, honesty, and don't like fine print. We are proactive where we cannot adhere to these terms.
As soon as your order is confirmed and we’ve verified stock, we will provide you with an anticipated delivery date.
Free Shipping
Shipping is FREE wherever possible for customers within mainland United Kingdom. Shipping costs may vary by purchase type and will always reflect real-world transportation logistics.
Offshore, Remote & Non-Mainland UK
Deliveries to certain UK postcodes (including the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, and other non-standard delivery areas) may incur additional delivery fees. These will be clearly shown at checkout where possible, or provided as a tailored quote on request. Lead times for these areas may be longer than standard.
We currently do not deliver to Jersey, Guernsey, Ireland (including Northern Ireland), or the Isle of Man.
Where we can find ways to reduce shipping costs for our valued customers, we will.
International Orders
Our products are designed and certified specifically for the United Kingdom market (240V electrical systems and UK safety standards).
We are happy to ship internationally on request. Because of the wide range of product sizes and weights, we will provide you with an up-to-date shipping quote before processing your order. Once you accept the quote, we will prepare your order and payment through our secure online payment gateway.
Order Confirmation & Processing
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order and pre-authorised your payment.
If you have not received your confirmation within 3 days, please check your email spam folder. If no email confirmation has been sent, please let us know at support@taprootagri.com.
We then quickly check stock availability:
- If your item(s) are in stock and available, we will process the payment and prepare your order for shipment/delivery.
- If your item is on back-order, out of stock, or we are unable to fulfil due to high demand or supply chain issues, we will try to contact you by telephone to discuss options. If we cannot reach you we will send an email.
Access Requirements
Some larger or specialised items may have specific shipping requirements. Specific shipping terms should be checked on the product page prior to purchase.
Damages During Delivery
Please inspect the packaging and item carefully when it arrives.
- If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery paperwork or do not accept the delivery and let us know immediately.
- If you do accept the delivery, immediately take clear photos of any damaged packaging or the product itself.
Send the photos to support@taprootagri.com and lodge your return/claim via our Returns page as soon as possible.
